I notice things. Oftentimes, the things I notice are pure nonsense. Take, for example, this entire page. The joke here is, “Plymouth really is the Alabama of Connecticut!”

Then I show you this:

Then we all laugh because Plymouth really is the Alabama of Connecticut! Except that no one has ever said that about Plymouth. While it’s not Connecticut’s most progressive or wealthy town, it’s hardly Alabamian.

After all, Alabama is where the “Top Gear” boys almost got killed:

And I’m fairly certain they’d have been okay doing that challenge in our little Plymouth, Connecticut. True story: on a trip with Hoang to northeastern ‘Bama, she refused to exit the car at a backwoods gas station store out of fear. She has ventured outside in Plymouth without incident.

Despite all of this, I still felt the need to write this page. Sorry Plymouthites.
