Voluntown’s Town Trails

A huge percentage of Voluntown is covered by Pachaug State Forest – Connecticut’s largest state forest. The CFPA oversees FOUR trails that course through the rural eastern town. These two entities consume pretty much all the available trail land in the town.

But not all of it. However, two trails listed below are possibly privately held, one of which (Stillwaters) is for sale in 2020. Which may prove interesting. And sometimes fun. “Fun” and “Voluntown” don’t often mix, but I’ll find a way. I promise.
